Purpose and terms of use

This site presents the activity of Caelum Private Equity, S.L.U. and its ATLAS and CBLX projects, and lets you request a meeting or an academic partnership. Access is free and requires no registration.

Anyone browsing the site agrees to use it lawfully and in line with this notice, and not for unlawful purposes or in ways that could harm the site or others.

Information for investors

The information published, including the investor pitch documents, is general in nature. It is not an offer of securities or an invitation to invest, nor financial, legal or tax advice.

ATLAS and CBLX are projects under development. Dates and milestones after October 2026 are forecasts and may change.

Use of artificial intelligence

This information is provided for transparency, in line with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (AI Act).

• This site includes no chatbots, virtual assistants or any other artificial intelligence system that interacts with you.
• We do not apply artificial intelligence to the data you send through the forms and we make no automated decisions about you.
• Some texts on the site and in the investor documents were drafted with the help of artificial intelligence tools. All of them have been reviewed by Caelum, which takes editorial responsibility for them.
• The animated illustrations are abstract graphics generated by code. They do not depict real people, places or events.
• ATLAS and CBLX are artificial intelligence systems under development and are not available on this site. Before they go into use, each platform will inform its users as required by the AI Act.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, the names ATLAS and CBLX, the logos and other content of the site belong to Caelum Private Equity, S.L.U. or to third parties who have authorised their use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or altered without express permission, except for personal and private use.

The IBM Plex Sans typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Liability

Caelum strives to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the site will always be available. It is not liable for damage resulting from misuse of the site or from technical interruptions beyond its control.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid, unless the law assigns jurisdiction elsewhere, as is the case when the claimant is a consumer.
